Job Description
Join our team as a Store Supervisor and play a crucial role in supporting store management to achieve store objectives, exceed targets, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Management:

• Drive sales by implementing effective customer experience processes and meeting sales targets, including new account/membership goals.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and maintained.
• Maintain high standards of floor housekeeping and visual merchandising.

Team Management:

• Assist in guiding the store team to achieve KPIs and operational goals aligned with company values.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills of store associates.

Stock Management:

• Oversee the accurate receipt, unpacking, and merchandising of stock to replenish the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and manage processes to minimize risks and maintain adequate inventory.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and meets housekeeping standards.

Risk Management:

• Support compliance checks through administrative audits, store audits, visual inspections, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS (Point of Sale) reports, and adherence to health & safety standards.
• Enforce overall compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Knowledge of sales and service management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of retail trade, brand, customer, and product.
