Job Description
Join our team at Miladys in Meyerton, Gauteng, as a Store Supervisor! Support store management in daily operations to ensure overall objectives, store targets, and exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience Management:

  • Drive sales by implementing customer experience processes, including markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Achieve sales and new account/membership targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through the execution of business instruction letters and customer experience plans.

2. Team Management:

  • Assist in leading and motivating the store team to achieve KPIs and operational strategies in alignment with company values.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to upskill store associates, particularly in product knowledge.

3. Stock Management:

  • Ensure stock is accurately received, unpacked, and merchandised to replenish the sales floor.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels through processes such as stock counts and stock loss action plans to mitigate risks and ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in line with housekeeping standards.

4. Risk Management:

  • Conduct compliance checks through admin reviews, store audits, visual audits, health and safety standards, and weekly hanger counts.
  • Assist in enforcing adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring overall risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience (supervisory experience advantageous).
  • Proficiency in sales and service management.
  • Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of retail trade, branding, customer service, and product management.
