Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will leverage data insights, trend analysis, and supply chain strategies to optimize stock levels, support store operations, and align with divisional and regional teams. If you’re analytical, proactive, and customer-focused, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze data to inform replenishment strategies.
  • Analyze inventory levels and adjust forecasts to optimize stock availability.
  • Ensure 100% stock availability for advertising campaigns and promotions.
  • Leverage supply chain strategies to optimize sales and inventory effectiveness at the SKU level.
  • Align strategies with divisional and regional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Address replenishment-related queries and issues from store operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain weekly KPI and ad-hoc reports.
  • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Sciences, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Relevant experience in replenishment or supply chain (3+ years).

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and understand the broader business perspective.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain functions and the 4Ps model (Product, Price, Promotion, Place).
  • Knowledge of FMCG and perishables stock handling principles, including cold chain management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and analytical tools (Excel, SAP Self-Service).
  • Experience with JDA Blue Yonder (advantageous).
