Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate distribution of seasonal and non-seasonal stock to optimize sales.
  • Location Planning: Develop location plans that facilitate product clustering and store layout.
  • Replenishment Profiles: Create and manage seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment profiles.
  • Visual Merchandising: Provide inputs for the seasonal look to enhance visual merchandising.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze store performance and provide timely information to support business decisions.
  • New Store Setup: Ensure new stores are stocked according to plan.
  • Query Resolution: Assist stores with any stock-related queries.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store planning within a clothing retail environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word & Excel), with advanced Excel skills being a definite advantage.
    • Grade 12 Certificate/Matric.
  • Preferred:
    • Previous store management experience.
    • Exposure to logistics and supply chain processes.
    • Experience with planning systems such as Location Planning, JDA Allocation Planning, and/or Just Enough.
    • A National Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management or Accounting/Finance.
