Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Ensure accurate distribution of seasonal and non-seasonal stock to optimize sales.
- Location Planning: Develop location plans that facilitate product clustering and store layout.
- Replenishment Profiles: Create and manage seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment profiles.
- Visual Merchandising: Provide inputs for the seasonal look to enhance visual merchandising.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze store performance and provide timely information to support business decisions.
- New Store Setup: Ensure new stores are stocked according to plan.
- Query Resolution: Assist stores with any stock-related queries.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store planning within a clothing retail environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word & Excel), with advanced Excel skills being a definite advantage.
- Grade 12 Certificate/Matric.
- Preferred:
- Previous store management experience.
- Exposure to logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience with planning systems such as Location Planning, JDA Allocation Planning, and/or Just Enough.
- A National Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management or Accounting/Finance.
