Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Planner to support the Planner with administrative tasks and analysis aimed at ensuring optimal stock availability and profitable stock investments.
Job Description
Develop and Execute Channel Plan
-
Develop cross plans based on centralized grading parameters in alignment with the critical path.

Ensure new stores are stocked as per the plan, in line with location briefs and the critical path.

Conduct post-seasonal analysis on size, store, and product performance, identifying exceptions for grading adjustments.

Maintain the On the Dot parameter tool to ensure stock parameters and sales optimization are met.
Develop and Execute Allocations

Prioritize allocations based on trading performance, monthly launches, and forecasted monthly intake.

Monitor and analyze store performance against the plan, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.

Update sizing ratios in RMS and sizing tools.

Create size profiles and ratios for each product to optimize allocations and future orders.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze store performance and provide timely insights to enhance business decision-making.

Conduct grade analysis and present findings to the planner and central planning team for further action.

Review in-season exceptions and suggest resolutions or actions where necessary, such as availability or size profile issues.

Assist stores in resolving stock-related queries.
Minimum Requirements

Relevant retail/business qualification
-
At least 2 years of retail experience

Strong numerical, analytical, and interpretive ability

Excellent attention to detail and efficiency

Commercial understanding with a merchant mindset

Proficiency in Excel and Cognos reporting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
