Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate distribution of seasonal stock to maximize sales.
• Optimize the distribution of non-seasonal and seasonal replenishment stock.
• Deliver location plans that support store clustering at the required product level.
• Develop seasonal and non-seasonal replenishment profiles.
• Provide inputs for seasonal visual merchandising.
• Analyze store performance and deliver accurate, timely insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure new stores are stocked according to plan.
• Resolve store stock queries effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience:
  • 2–3 years of store planning experience in a clothing retail environment (essential).
  • Store management experience, logistics, or supply chain knowledge (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with planning systems like Location Planning, JDA Allocation Planning, or Just Enough.
  • Experience with Outerwear is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (advanced Excel skills preferred).
• Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 Certificate/Matric (essential).
  • A National Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management, Accounting, or Finance (advantageous).
