Pep Vacancies – Store Manager – Wonderboom

Purpose of the Position
PEP is looking for a dynamic Store Manager – Wonderboom to lead a team in driving sales, ensuring cost control, minimizing risks and stock loss, managing administration, and delivering world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales through exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, effective stock management, and implementing promotions.
  • Stock and Risk Management: Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture, implementing security measures, and adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Cost Management: Manage expenses efficiently by embracing PEP’s low-cost culture and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Administration: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with company guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, train, and develop a dynamic team to deliver on performance goals.
  • Store Standards: Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to uphold a world-class store environment.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (degree/diploma in business/retail-related field) will be advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google Suite skills will be an advantage).
