Qualifications
- Grade 12/Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Store Manager
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Exceptional merchandise management skills
- Strong stock and cost control abilities
- Customer service-oriented
- Proven ability to maintain high store standards
- Effective team leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); fluency in a second language is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize profitability by achieving sales budgets
- Provide merchandise management support
- Adhere to stock loss management policies
- Oversee financial processes, including budget management and execution
- Handle store administration and information management
- Ensure proper stock holding and adherence to company policies
- Assist with human resource functions, including staff development and supervision
