Ackermans is looking for a Store Manager – Thaba Nchu to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through the effective implementation of operational strategies and staff management. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can maintain high store standards while driving performance and team development.

Minimum Requirements

• Represent and uphold the Ackermans brand
• Energetic and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• At least two years of retail experience, including one year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong merchandise management, stock control, and cost management skills
• Ability to maintain high store standards and operational excellence
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence a team
• Commitment to personal and team development
• Strong communication skills in English, with a second official language being advantageous
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Further qualifications in retail or business will be an added advantage
