Studio88 is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead and oversee daily store operations. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and excellent customer service skills to ensure the store meets its targets and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships

• Manage and oversee staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

• Ensure effective stock control, tracking, and loss prevention measures

• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and maximize sales

• Monitor and drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets

• Handle administrative tasks, including reporting and compliance with company policies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment

• Previous supervisory or management experience is essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and team leadership

• Experience in visual merchandising and stock management
