Description:

As a Store Manager at PEP, you will lead your store team to achieve key business goals, including driving sales, managing costs, reducing stock loss, handling administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Enhancement: Focus on exceptional customer service and high store standards. Oversee store image, stock management, and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Stock Loss Reduction: Foster a positive store culture and implement security measures to minimize stock and cash loss.
• Cost Management: Control store costs by driving operational efficiencies in line with the company’s cost-conscious culture.
• Administrative Oversight: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a dynamic team, taking charge of training, coaching, and performance management.
• Standards Maintenance: Uphold general health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English.
• Qualifications: Degree or diploma in business or a retail-related field is advantageous.
• Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite is preferred.
