Key Responsibilities
Management Duties:
- Staff management and supervision
- Stock control and inventory management
- Driving sales growth and minimizing theft
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Ensuring store cleanliness and housekeeping
- Upholding company policies and procedures
- Risk management and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Performance Goals:
- Achieving sales targets and budget objectives
- Implementing cost-saving strategies
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of store management experience in FMCG retail
- Strong retail operations background
- Knowledge of SA retail legislation and financial management
- Proficiency in retail IT systems
- Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous)
