We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive store sales and turnover, maintain stock loss benchmarks, and manage overall store administration.

Responsibilities

• Sales Promotion: Drive sales initiatives to maximize store turnover and achieve or exceed targets.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock control, manage inventory, and handle expenses to meet business objectives.
• Resource Utilization: Utilize store resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Policy Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding high standards.
• Team Management: Manage, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all customer interactions exceed expectations.
• Store Maintenance: Monitor and uphold store cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to relevant laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a similar retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent business English, both verbal and written.
