The Store Manager will lead a team to drive sales, maintain stock control, and oversee store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and meet store targets.
• Manage stock levels and minimize stock loss through effective control measures.
• Oversee expenses to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store management or as an assistant store manager.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage sales, operations, and team development.
