The Store Manager will lead a team of dedicated associates to drive sales, minimize stock loss, and oversee store operations. This role requires strong leadership, a results-driven approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and meet or exceed store targets.
• Manage stock levels and control expenses to align with business goals.
• Ensure efficient use of store resources to maintain productivity.
• Implement and enforce stock management policies and procedures.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the store team to ensure high performance.
• Foster a positive store culture by treating employees professionally and respectfully.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail store management or an assistant store manager role.
• Proficiency in business English, both verbal and written.
