Mr Price Vacancies – Store Manager Power Fashion Bapong

The Store Manager will lead a dynamic team to drive sales, maintain stock loss benchmarks, and oversee store administration.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and achieve store targets.
• Manage stock levels and control expenses to meet business objectives.
• Utilize store resources effectively to maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff training and development, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a similar retail environment.
• Strong business English skills, both verbal and written.
