Purpose of the Position:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, managing costs, mitigating risks, minimizing stock loss, overseeing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and effectively managing stock and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Stock Loss Prevention: Foster a strong store culture by implementing security measures, and ensuring proper stock and cash handling procedures.
• Cost Management: Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring alignment with PEP’s low-cost culture.
• Administrative Excellence: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with company guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach a dynamic team, driving performance and accountability.
• Standards Maintenance: Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are consistently met.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficient in English.
• Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business/retail) is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office/Google GSuite) is a plus.
