Purpose of Position:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team in achieving key business objectives. In this role, you will drive sales, manage costs, minimize risks and stock loss, oversee administration, and uphold world-class store standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Enhance sales through exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, effective stock management, and successful promotional strategies.
  • Stock Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss by cultivating a positive store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling protocols.
  • Cost Management: Control costs in alignment with our low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies in the store.
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team, overseeing their development and performance.
  • Standards Maintenance: Uphold high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12; a degree or diploma in business or retail is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is advantageous).
