Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Focus on customer service, maintain world-class store standards, manage stock, and implement promotions to boost sales.
- Minimize Stock Loss: Foster a healthy store culture, adhere to security measures, and follow proper stock and cash handling procedures.
- Manage Costs: Implement cost-saving measures and drive efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead a Dynamic Team: Train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of employees.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant Tertiary Education: Degree or diploma in a business or retail-related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in a leadership role within a retail environment.
- Computer Literacy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite is beneficial.
