PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Store Manager at PEP, you will lead a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, managing stock loss, overseeing administration, and ensuring top-notch store standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Growth: Boost sales by focusing on exceptional customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, managing stock, and implementing promotions.
• Stock Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss through a positive store culture, adherence to security measures, and proper stock and cash handling procedures.
• Cost Management: Drive efficiency and manage costs in alignment with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Administration: Ensure all administrative tasks within the store are completed according to company guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management.
• Standards Maintenance: Uphold general health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12; a degree or diploma in business/retail is advantageous.
• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is a plus).
