Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at Mr Price. In this role, you will drive store sales, ensure stock management and loss prevention, and oversee all administrative functions to maintain a high-performing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Promotion: Drive and maximize store sales and turnover to meet and exceed set targets.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock control, manage inventory levels, and handle stock replenishment to maintain productivity and minimize losses.
• Expense Control: Manage store expenses and use resources effectively to achieve business targets.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards in all areas of store operations.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment aligned with company culture.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service through effective interaction and problem resolution, enhancing overall customer experience.
• Store Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Matric / Grade 12; Mathematics is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, ideally within a similar retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent command of business English, both verbal and written.
