Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Ensure accurate receiving, unpacking, and merchandising of stock.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels through stock counts, stock loss action plans, and replenishment processes.
- Oversee stockroom maintenance to uphold housekeeping standards.
- Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, OBF (out-of-box failures), repairs, and returns.
Sales Growth & Profitability
- Analyze sales and profitability reports to implement action plans for growth.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to enhance sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness through in-store marketing and competitor analysis.
- Drive performance in credit, insurance, mobile, and cellular to achieve budget targets.
Risk Management
- Conduct compliance checks, including admin checks, store audits, POS reports, and health & safety standards, to ensure adherence to company policies.
Customer Experience Management
- Implement customer experience strategies, including markdowns, promotions, visual standards, and customer feedback initiatives.
Leadership & Development
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs and operational objectives.
- Identify training, coaching, and development needs to build a strong team.
- Manage recruitment and performance in line with company policies.
Innovation
- Implement Head Office Innovation initiatives such as Mpos, MRP Empower, E-docs, and Money Hub to enhance customer experiences and improve efficiency.
