Description:
As a Store Manager at PEP, you will lead your store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, reducing stock loss, managing administration, and ensuring world-class store standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Boost sales by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining top-tier store standards, including stock management and implementing promotions.
  • Stock Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss by fostering a strong store culture, adhering to security protocols, and following stock and cash handling procedures.
  • Cost Management: Drive store efficiencies in alignment with the company’s low-cost culture.
  • Administration: Ensure that all store administrative duties are completed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team of Dynamos, overseeing training, coaching, and performance management to achieve store goals.
  • Health, Safety & Housekeeping: Uphold general health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant tertiary education (degree or diploma in business/retail) is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment in a leadership role.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite is a plus).
