Purpose of the Position:
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to meet business KPIs, drive sales, control costs, mitigate risks, manage stock loss, handle administration, and ensure world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by focusing on exceptional customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, and ensuring effective stock management and promotional implementation.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture, adhering to security measures, and following stock and cash handling procedures.
- Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture, driving efficiencies within the store.
- Ensure administrative duties within the store are completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for team training, coaching, and performance.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the store.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business/retail-related field) would be an advantage.
- Ideally, 1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
- Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – advantage).
