As a Store Manager at Clicks Ben Fleur, you will be responsible for driving and maximizing the store’s financial performance. This includes tracking daily targets, sales plans, and taking proactive actions to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
You will manage all operational activities within the store, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring these align with company standards.
Your role will also involve overseeing the in-store execution of visual merchandising, maintaining promotional standards, and ensuring the store’s appearance reflects the brand image.
Leadership will be crucial in managing a competent and motivated team. You will be responsible for selecting, training, and continuously developing employees to meet both current and future business needs.
Staff scheduling in accordance with the Group’s labour policy is essential to ensure the store is adequately staffed. You will also ensure all administrative duties, including time and attendance and employee records, are managed effectively and submitted to HR.
Customer service initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring customer loyalty is driven, and club card participation targets are met. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders (centre managers, suppliers, DCs) to achieve business objectives and leverage opportunities.
An awareness of customer trends, local competitors, and demographics will help you capitalize on market opportunities. Integration between the store operations, pharmacy, and clinic teams will be critical to creating a cohesive environment.
