Job Description:

Fidelity is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of stock movements, and ensuring efficient stock management processes. As a Stock Administrator, you will collaborate with various departments to forecast stock needs, track inventory levels, and oversee stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Track stock movements and ensure accurate records of all inventory transactions.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure the timely delivery and distribution of stock.
  • Utilize stock management software to monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control processes.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, stock movements, and inventory turnover to inform decision-making.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock loss and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate stock availability and potential shortages to relevant departments.
  • Assist with forecasting stock needs and planning stock replenishment orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Stock Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other stock management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministrationSupply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
