Job Objectives:
- Collaborate with DC Replenishment, Operations, Suppliers, and Buying teams to optimize the movement of promotional stock and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate allocation tracking and reporting to support effective stock management.
- Perform pre-, during, and post-promotion analyses to identify risks and provide actionable insights.
- Develop detailed promotional sales volume projections and ensure alignment with system expectations.
- Ensure timely loading of all promotions (groceries, liquor, and Medi-rite) onto the promotions grid.
- Communicate and report on promotional activities to key business stakeholders.
- Adapt to business needs by working across different sites when required.
Qualifications:
- BCom Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years in a relevant role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong product and market awareness.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of DC operations.
