Fidelity Vacancies – Site Manager
Fidelity is currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager for a position based in Robertville. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual agreements are upheld and that client needs are met efficiently and professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management: Continuously evaluate risks and threats on site, and provide recommendations to mitigate them, ensuring a secure environment for the client.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure all contractual requirements are met, in line with client expectations and specifications.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services and the client, ensuring satisfaction with the security services provided.
- Incident Management: Oversee the response to serious incidents (e.g., theft, armed robberies, vehicle thefts, break-ins) and coordinate investigations.
- Operational Liaison: Work closely with operations management to address various operational issues and ensure smooth site management.
- Reporting: Submit accurate weekly and monthly incident reports, as well as general updates required by both Fidelity management and the client.
- Event Support: Assist with special events, ad hoc requests, and investigations as needed, providing management and client support.
- Shift Management: Ensure all shifts are adequately covered, and oversee daily shift operations to maintain security standards.
- Administration: Handle all administrative tasks associated with site management, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric certificate.
- Certifications: PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- A minimum of 10 years’ management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in security management.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management and its requirements.
- Strong people management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
