Fidelity Vacancies – Site Manager – Shopping Centre
A vacancy is available for a Site Manager at a shopping centre, reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with all site-specific security requirements while efficiently and professionally meeting the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality security service delivery
- Continuously assess site security, identifying potential risks and implementing preventative measures
- Regularly audit and verify access registers, generating exception reports
- Ensure all security officers meet contractual requirements set by the client
- Oversee and supervise security staff, addressing any concerns or queries promptly
- Prepare and submit relevant monthly reports to both the client and management
- Manage the operational budget effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security supervision, specifically in a shopping centre environment
- Firearm competency with a clean criminal record
- Prior experience in staff supervision
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Willingness to work shifts and conduct after-hours site visits
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license with reliable own transport
- Residency in the Northern Suburbs
