Job Opportunity – Site Manager – Estates Division
A position is available for a Site Manager – Estates Division in Robertville, reporting to the Area Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and delivering professional security services that meet client expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse security
- At least 10 years’ management experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standards
- Experience in estate management
- Proven people management skills
- Excellent planning, administration, communication, and client liaison abilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
- No criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess security risks and implement appropriate countermeasures
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and client requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service excellence
- Manage responses and investigations related to incidents such as theft, vehicle-related crimes, armed robberies, and unauthorized entries
- Collaborate with operations management on daily security matters
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports to Fidelity management and the client
- Support operations management and the client with special events, ad hoc requests, and investigations
- Oversee all administrative duties related to site security management
- Ensure proper shift coverage and efficient staff deployment
