Fidelity Vacancies – Site Manager – Cape Town

Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Site Manager to report to the Operations Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all site-specific security requirements are met and that the Client’s needs are addressed efficiently and professionally at all times.

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain strong relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client regarding security services.
• Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to the Client.
• Conduct regular assessments of the Client’s premises to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Audit and verify access registers daily, generating exception reports.
• Ensure Security Officers on site comply with all contractual requirements.
• Manage and supervise security staff, promptly addressing their concerns.
• Submit monthly reports to the Client and Management.
• Manage the business budget at the operational level.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the security sector, preferably in shopping centers.
• Firearm training with a clean criminal record.
• Previous experience managing staff.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Strong planning, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and conduct site visits after hours.
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License with own reliable transport.
• Reside in the Northern Suburbs.
