Skills & Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent assistance to customers, helping them locate products and addressing any questions or complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cashier Duties:
- Efficiently handle cash and card payments, manage Lay-Bys, process refunds, and maintain accurate till balancing. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Merchandising:
- Ensure stock is correctly priced, displayed, and readily available on the sales floor. Maintain store cleanliness and stay updated on promotions.
- Risk Management:
- Tag products per company policy, participate in stock takes, and remain alert for shoplifting or suspicious activity, reporting issues to management.
