Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assist customers in finding products and provide guidance
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Cashier Duties

• Process cash, card payments, lay-bys, and refunds
• Ensure accurate till balancing and report discrepancies

Merchandising and Housekeeping

• Maintain correct pricing and product displays
• Ensure stock availability on the sales floor
• Keep store areas clean and organized

Risk and Loss Prevention

• Ensure all products are correctly tagged
• Participate in stock-taking procedures
• Monitor for suspicious activities and report security concerns
