Job Description

Job Objectives:

Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods, including processing clubcard rewards.
Safely handle cash at all times and ensure secure transactions.
Promote the Clicks clubcard to customers, enrolling new members to achieve participation targets.
Inform customers about current promotions to positively impact sales and ensure customers experience the “feel good and pay less” concept.
Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador, remaining visible and offering friendly, professional service.
Carry out merchandising and general housekeeping duties in line with store and visual merchandising standards.
Contribute to the Group’s vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and driving the company’s values.
Stay informed on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Knowledge:

Basic math calculations
Retail/FMCG experience with an understanding of merchandising and promotions principles
Knowledge of stock management procedures
Expertise in customer service excellence
