Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 or equivalent
• Strong customer-focused attitude, with the ability to view situations from the customer’s perspective and respond positively
• Passion for fresh produce, with a genuine interest in handling, preparing, and promoting Fruit & Veg products
• Sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including attentive listening, clear responses, and articulate speech
• Team player with a cooperative attitude and a focus on achieving team goals
• Willingness to continuously seek opportunities for personal growth and improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Fruit & Veg products to meet quality standards
• Store, handle, merchandise, and promote all Fruit & Veg products according to established guidelines
• Respond to customer requests and provide products/services with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the work area
• Wrap products and operate scales as required
• Ensure backup areas are maintained and organized
