Job Purpose
The Service Centre Clerk will provide essential clerical support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Service Centre. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the Centre’s functions.
Education and Experience

Grade 12 with at least one year of administrative experience.
Required Job Competencies

General administration for the Service Centre as needed.

Inventory control and safekeeping practices for the Service Centre.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety policies and procedures.

Provide customer-centric service to both internal and external customers.

Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively within a team.

Capable of multi-skilling across departments as required.
Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge.

Oversee petty cash administration.
