Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by proactively addressing customer needs through in-store visibility and a strong knowledge of health and supplements. The role involves consulting with customers and providing advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products, while also driving sales in alignment with targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products to customers.

  • Drive sales in the healthcare aisles through the promotion of various brands, cross-selling, and upselling to increase profitability.

  • Ensure stock availability by adhering to stock management procedures and principles.

  • Prevent wastage by following stock rotation principles.

  • Minimize stock losses by adhering to risk management policies and principles.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.

  • Assist with product merchandising by following guidelines and procedures.

  • Comply with all store standard operating procedures.

  • Focus on personal development and product knowledge, and share insights with relief staff to ensure continuity of service.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Job Knowledge:

  • Essential: Basic health, fitness, and supplements product knowledge.

  • Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job Experience:

  • Desirable: Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification.
