Senior Solutions Specialist – Fidelity

Fidelity is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Solutions Specialist to drive business growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and deliver comprehensive risk mitigation solutions. This role involves designing, costing, proposing, and presenting complex integrated security solutions to both new and existing clients, encompassing the full spectrum of commercial and group offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain a portfolio of clients, increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Achieve revenue targets by meeting planned sales goals.
  • Secure profitable new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess security requirements for tailored solutions.
  • Design and cost complete security solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.
  • Build and sustain professional client relationships through ongoing communication and service.
  • Coordinate and oversee client requirements, including budgeting and planning.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to brand development.
  • Compile and submit detailed weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Ensure all contracts and quotations meet accuracy standards, including necessary drawings and technical addendums.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to source non-standard stock items when required.
  • Promote and sell only approved equipment in line with company policies.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including extensive cold calling to maximize market growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-matric qualification or equivalent
  • Proven senior solution sales experience within the security industry
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
  • Professional and well-presented demeanor
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • PSIRA Grade B certification (company requirement)
