Fidelity Vacancies – Senior Solutions Specialist

The Senior Solutions Specialist plays a key role in driving new business opportunities by networking, establishing, and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding an existing client base. This role focuses on offering comprehensive, end-to-end integrated risk mitigation solutions. The specialist will be responsible for designing, costing, proposing, and presenting complex security solutions to both new and existing clients, covering the full range of commercial and group offerings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for client growth by proactively increasing turnover through both existing and new clients
  • Meet revenue targets by achieving planned sales goals, with targets subject to business needs
  • Secure profitable new business by identifying sales opportunities
  • Attend to potential clients in various areas of responsibility
  • Address and resolve client queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess security requirements
  • Personally design and cost complete security solutions for clients
  • Prepare and present complex proposals and presentations
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
  • Build and nurture long-term, professional relationships with clients
  • Plan, budget, coordinate, and attend to client requirements
  • Assist with marketing-related activities and initiatives
  • Submit weekly and monthly management reports
  • Stay informed on trade and competitor developments
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive contracts and quotations, including necessary technical drawings and addenda
  • Ensure timely paperwork submission to source non-standard stock items
  • Comply with company policies, ensuring only approved equipment is sold
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities through cold calling and business development efforts

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Post-matric qualification or equivalent
  • Proven senior solution sales experience in the security industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when needed
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • PSIRA Grade C (company requirement)
