The Role at a Glance
As the Senior Manager: Stationery, you will drive the development and execution of customer-specific strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities include delivering sales and profit targets, optimizing customer plans, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll also play a key role in developing and leading a high-performing customer management and sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving Targets:
    • Deliver channel and customer metrics through effective joint business and category plans.
    • Drive service level improvements in collaboration with customers and supply chain teams.
    • Implement promotional strategies in alignment with the Tiger framework.
  • Customer and Market Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to create customer-specific shopper/category strategies.
    • Execute pricing strategies, ensuring effective pack/price architecture.
    • Grow share, range, and distribution in line with channel and account targets.
    • Foster senior customer relationships and improve Advantage Group Survey results.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure cross-functional teams deliver effective execution at regional and store levels.
    • Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
    • Lead cross-functional strategic projects and support compliance initiatives.
  • People Leadership:
    • Mentor, coach, and develop the customer management team to maximize their impact.
    • Conduct regular operational meetings to drive continuous improvement.
    • Manage people scheduling, leave planning, and expense budgets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Brand share performance and customer profitability.
  • Budget adherence for NIS, volume, and realization targets.
  • Effectiveness of promotional activities and cost containment.
  • Quarterly reporting accuracy and working capital management.
  • Team health and operational efficiency.

Experience:

  • 7+ years in customer/key account/sales management within the FMCG industry.
  • Exposure to multiple channels, including wholesale, redistribution, and retail.
  • Expertise in financial aspects of sales, including promotional budgets, trade budgets, and revenue forecasting.
