The Opportunity
As the Senior HR Business Partner at RSAWEB, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to leadership and employees.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational goals.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Performance & Talent Management
- Lead performance management processes, including coaching, mentoring, and career development.
- Support talent retention and engagement strategies.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.
- Implement best practices in HR processes, including compensation planning and succession strategies.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and recommend policy improvements.
- Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
- Provide compliance guidance to managers and employees.
HR Collaboration & Project Leadership
- Partner with HR teams to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
- Lead HR projects and change management initiatives.
- Participate in business reviews and leadership meetings as a strategic advisor.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leadership.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong SETA, EE, WSP, and ATR experience.
- Comfortable engaging with executives and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Advanced HRIS knowledge, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Innovative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid work model (in-office presence required 4 days per week).
