Fidelity Vacancies – Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the Regional HR Field team by implementing HR initiatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to address challenges effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate HR environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a performance-driven culture by implementing performance management processes and development plans
  • Execute HR tactical plans that align with business objectives
  • Support and drive company values through relevant initiatives and interventions
  • Lead talent management strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop and execute action plans
  • Implement HR programs that address business needs and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations, including attending CCMA hearings when required
  • Provide guidance to managers to ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with regional, branch, and HR operations teams to ensure effective HR service delivery
  • Advise and support managers on disciplinary actions, performance issues, and other employee matters
  • Coordinate training programs in partnership with HR trainers to address business requirements
  • Assist with high-volume recruitment and selection activities when needed
  • Support restructuring initiatives and HR-related projects
  • Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics to support decision-making
