Purpose of the Role:
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial and business decision-making at the tactical and operational level. You will be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger, and meeting monthly reporting requirements using OneStream. This position requires strong technical knowledge in financial accounting and reporting, along with the ability to manage audits, tax returns, and compliance with relevant standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Populate and complete monthly financial reports in OneStream with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage statutory reporting and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with group timelines and standards.
  • Prepare and review stand-alone Business Unit Annual Financial Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting frameworks and provide financial data to internal and external auditors.
  • Manage General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance integrity, ensuring alignment with group requirements.
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing processes per established timelines.
  • Perform monthly GL and sub-ledger reconciliations, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
  • Conduct SOX testing for financial reporting and maintain compliance controls.
  • Collaborate with Group Technical and Tax Services to prepare position papers and tax returns.
  • Provide input for cash flow forecasting and financial planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting tools, particularly OneStream and SAP.
  • Experience in managing audits and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Excellent skills in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
