Job Description:
EXL is seeking a Senior Executive – Compliance (Line Compliance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing Line Compliance initiatives and monitoring for assigned client operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of critical documentation, including Operations Standard Document (OSD), Business Information Security Risk Assessment (BISRA), and other compliance-related reports for assigned business/operations areas.
- Implement operational controls as defined by OSD, contractual requirements, and EXL policies, while coordinating with corporate teams for policy adherence.
- Conduct compliance and audit reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards for assigned business areas.
- Monitor risks and controls, identifying exceptions and driving action plans for resolution.
- Lead compliance awareness through training programs, including Learning & Development (L&D) sessions, corporate trainings, and external/internal workshops.
- Oversee the Compliance Self-Assessment process to ensure continuous adherence to standards.
- Facilitate timely resolution of issues identified during internal/external audits and reviews.
Qualifications:
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, company laws, internal audit methodologies, SOX requirements, and frameworks like COSO.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems; experience with auditing tools is a plus.
