Responsibilities
Technical Design
- Provide technical expertise during the project design phase, including setting timelines, defining capabilities, and specifying application requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate complex technical challenges to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and recommend improvements in coding languages, software, and development tools.
Project Execution & Development
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and deploy technical solutions aligned with project specifications and architectural design.
- Write and execute test cases to ensure optimal functionality and fix any identified bugs.
- Create documentation and user guides for stakeholders, including testers, project managers, and end users.
Workflow Management & Mentorship
- Review code from junior developers, providing mentorship and guidance to maintain coding standards.
- Assign and oversee developer workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and resources are utilized effectively.
Innovation
- Research and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and system performance.
- Lead tech sessions to showcase new innovations and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma (BTech) or University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years coding in:
- SQL
- .Net Core or C#
- Integration frameworks
- Experience designing, programming, and implementing large-scale information systems.
- Familiarity with change control processes.
- Proven ability to translate system requirements into functional code with minimal supervision.
Advantageous Skills
- SQL Server Integration Services
- WSO2 or similar integration suites
- Cloud technologies
- Project management experience
