Role Overview
Kuda is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team. You’ll work with large datasets, leverage advanced analytics, and deliver actionable insights to drive decisions in attribution, product performance, experimentation, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion data utilization from our tech stack to optimize business outcomes.
- Analyze and build datasets to track KPIs, marketing performance, and user engagement.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker.
- Deep-dive into customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, and revenue trends.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to support strategy.
- Validate KPIs and ensure data accuracy across functions.
- Design and analyze experiments to enhance marketing efficiency and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a proven impact on business decisions.
- Expertise in mobile app technologies, attribution, and growth metrics (LTV, CR%, Churn).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker).
- Familiarity with version control (Git, BitBucket) and data modeling (dbt).
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in Fintech, financial services, or gaming.
- Experience with modeling techniques and African markets.
- Knowledge of SKAdNetwork.
- Degree in CS, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
