Overview:
As the Senior Brand Manager: Sports & Energy, you will report to the Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of brand plans for the assigned portfolio. Leveraging consumer and shopper insights, you will craft brands that resonate deeply with consumers and deliver exceptional brand experiences. This includes driving innovation, communication, and activation strategies to meet consumer needs and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Brand Plans, detailing category strategy, pricing, channel promotions, and innovation to meet volume, value, and profit growth targets.
- Track and monitor brand performance against financial targets, providing regular updates.
- Drive insight-driven innovation and renovation projects, including product and packaging solutions, trade solutions, and compelling consumer communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to gather and utilize brand-relevant insights from market analytics, competitive intelligence, and trend data.
- Lead creative agencies to develop and execute effective above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns aligned with the brand blueprint.
- Set pricing targets informed by brand positioning and insights provided by Revenue Management.
- Oversee day-to-day brand management tasks, including S&OP forecasting, media planning, customer promotion tracking, marketing investment management, and brand health monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Requirements:
- BBusSc/BCom degree or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of brand and marketing experience in consumer goods.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and delivering brand growth.
- Experience in developing innovative consumer propositions based on deep insights.
- Familiarity with modern and general trade routes to market.
