Job Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking Security Officers (Grade C Armed) for positions in the Rustenburg area. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with site-specific security requirements while efficiently and professionally meeting client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA Grade C/B/A registration and accreditation.
• Firearm competency certification (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle) for business purposes.
• No criminal record or pending cases.
• Medically fit to perform duties.
• Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tactical experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts, including extended night shifts.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Rustenburg at own cost.
