Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Security Checker Duties: Inspect all goods leaving the premises, including shop and yard.
Sales and Returns Verification: Ensure all sales and returns are supported by appropriate documentation.
Customer Proof of Delivery: Confirm that credit customers sign Proof of Delivery (POD) notes.
Payment Verification: Verify that cash customers have completed payment for goods.
Suspicious Activity Reporting: Report any suspicious behavior to management immediately.
Adherence to Policies: Arrive on time and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle checks before entry to verify contents.
Boom Management: Oversee the operation of the boom gate.
Visitor Log Maintenance: Accurately complete the visitor’s book on a daily basis.
Company Values: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

Education: Grade 12
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hardware industry.
