Job Description:
Studio88 is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth daily operation of our store and providing excellent customer service.

Job Purpose:
To manage store functions effectively and efficiently on a daily basis, contributing to overall sales and maintaining high store standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive Store Sales: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Store Standards: Adhere to and enforce store policies and standards.
• Merchandising: Oversee store merchandising to ensure visually appealing displays.
• Promotional Stock: Manage and promote promotional stock effectively.
• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize losses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Background Checks: Clear criminal and credit records.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Availability: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, Sundays, and public holidays.
